Three Quarter Above Swallow Piccinini

This three-quarter view from above shows my design for Swallow and Piccinini. The single spiral staircase will be duplicated in the final Sketch Up submission. Unfortunately, I met with technical difficulties and was unable to get "follow me" to bring the cornice around the corner. While the design may be considered, by some, as "too plain" I have no doubt that if the above ground portion were constructed it would be an impressive and functional structure.
